White Paper: Canadian Labelling Laws
Thank you for your interest in our FREE resource!
Canada has very specific regulations that govern how labelling and packaging must be done, for both food and non-food products. In particular, there are specific requirements that dictate:
- information to be presented in both official languages, English and French;
- how nutritional informational is presented;
- additional requirements if the product is being sold in the province of Quebec.
In this white paper, we provide an overview of these requirements, including new front-of-package (FOP) labelling requirements that were introduced in 2016 and must be implemented by December 2021.
A copy of the resource will be e-mailed to you once you have submitted the form. Please check your junk mail if you do not receive it.
