MSSS broadens outreach with LAT’s multilingual translation services

When the Quebec Ministry of Health and Social Services launched a new service, “Ma grossesse”, for the public, they wanted it to be as accessible as possible to different communities. To do so, the webpage needed to be localized in 10 languages, including two indigenous languages.

Translation, localization, and adaptation ensured that the content was accurately rendered in all the languages and reached the target audience in a culturally-respectful way. LAT took into account the cultural nuances and contexts of each language throughout the project. It was a great opportunity for us to help people from varied cultural backgrounds gain access to essential resources and information.
