December 7, 2021, Montreal QC – LAT Multilingual Translation and Marketing Inc, announces the appointment of Jonathan Levitt as Chief Marketing Officer. Jonathan will guide the marketing strategy for LAT’s translation and localization services, will assist clients in reaching diverse demographics in Canada and the United States, and will play a pivotal role as the lead for the firm’s expanding cultural and international marketing practice.

Most recently, Levitt was the CMO for Voxco Survey Software as well as Chief Marketing Officer of Reitman’s (Canada) Ltd, Canada’s largest female apparel retailer, where he designed and led the company’s digital transformation and omni-channel strategies.

Levitt has spent over 20 years helping a diverse list of brands understand their audience and leverage technology and data to build better product and customer experiences. He has worked with brands of all sizes, including leading global players such as Walmart, Target, Williams-Sonoma, MasterCard, Dell, The New York Times, Ford and Google. Data-driven to the core, he is a recognized authority in the spheres of branding and digital marketing, analytics, and customer experience.

A prolific and sought-after speaker and writer, his unique slant on branding, customer experience and digital marketing has been featured in authoritative industry publications including Forbes, AdAge, Fortune, 1to1 Magazine, eMarketing & Commerce, ClickZ, DM News, Loyalty 360, Chief Marketer, Multichannel Merchant, Stores Magazine and MediaPost.

Levitt has been recently recognized as one of the 100 CX Thought Leaders Around The World That Are Changing The CX Game, as well as a top 50 Global Marketer by the Oncon Icon Awards

“I am thrilled to be joining the team at LAT, and I look forward to further building out our cultural marketing practice.” said Levitt. “Culture has a significant impact on consumer behaviour. It is the reason why some products sell well among certain ages, nationalities, and businesses but not others. More and more companies recognize the value of cultural marketing, and we are well positioned to assist these forward-thinking brands in reaching their target markets.”

“In a diverse marketplace like North America”, says LAT’s President Lise Alain, “reaching customers requires a solid understanding of cultural preferences. Jonathan’s leadership will support our diverse marketing teams and help them plan, deliver, and measure marketing strategies to help our clients reach French, Chinese, South Asian, Hispanic, and other important demographics in Canada and the US. His depth of experience will enhance our value proposition to marketing-minded customers.”
